Terms and conditions of sale

1. Booking
Each performance by Magicien Provence is preceded by a costed proposal confirmed by his signature and by the payment of a 50% deposit. Magicien Provence undertakes to carry out the performance in accordance with the description in the proposal. The artist and the organiser agree to respect the times mentioned in the proposal. The organiser will provide the artist with a dressing room (or similar space) with a water point and will provide a meal.
2. Image rights
Performances may not be recorded or broadcast without the prior written consent of Magicien Provence.
3. Insurance
Magicien Provence declares that it has taken out civil liability insurance with MMA PRO-PME no. 149290879. The organiser declares that he has taken out the necessary insurance to cover the risks associated with performances at his venue.
4. Cancellation
In the event of a recognised case of force majeure, the service will be cancelled and the deposit refunded. Bad weather is not a case of force majeure. In case of cancellation due to the customer, except in case of force majeure, the customer will not be able to claim either the postponement of the event to another date or the reimbursement of the deposit which remains acquired by Magicien Provence. In the event of a last minute cancellation, Magicien Provence will propose a replacement with an equivalent artist or will reimburse the deposit.
5. Application of the general terms and conditions of sale
The present general terms and conditions of sale (hereafter ” G.T.C. “) apply to all sales of services (hereafter ” the services “) carried out by Magicien Provence on its Internet boutique, by telephone and by email.
They are available to the Customer on the home page of the website https://magicien-provence.com/.
The fact of placing an order implies the full acceptance by the Customer of the present G.S.T., which apply to the exclusion of any other document such as prospectus, catalogue or emailing issued by Magicien Provence and which have only an indicative value.
Magicien Provence reserves the right, for any new Customer, to ask for a proof of identity and residence, before the final validation of his first order.
6. Price
The selling prices are those indicated on the proposal received following the request. Prices include VAT, in euros, and exclude travel costs unless otherwise stated.
7. Payment date
Any order of service can be validated only if it is accompanied by the payment of a deposit of 50% of the total price including VAT.
If Magicien Provence does not receive the payment within fifteen (15) days of the order, the order is automatically cancelled.
8. Payment methods
Payment must be made in euros using one of the following methods:
- In cash
- By bank transfer
- By cheque
Bank details: These will be indicated on the proposal and the invoice.
9. Applicable law – Jurisdiction
Any relationship with Magicien Provence is governed by French law.
Magicien Provence’s Customer Service is at your disposal to settle amicably any problem following an order and its execution. Any complaint must be made to :

In the event that it is impossible to reach an agreement, all disputes arising from the execution of an order or the interpretation of the present G.S.T., and more generally from agreements of any kind concluded between the parties, will be submitted to the competent courts.
